Rules for the Vintage Silver Giveaway!
1. One (1) winner will be selected for every X subscribers.
2. Winners will be selected based on the following criteria:
- (A) Whether they are still subscribed at the time of drawing.
- (B) They must live in the United States or pay for shipping and handling in order to receive the prize.
- (C) If the drawer has received the prize before, the winner will be redrawn.
3. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
4. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.
5. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. By entering the contest, you agree to release and hold harmless the contest sponsor from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
7. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
